These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute the entire agreement between the user (hereinafter referred to as "you", "the Player", or "the Account Holder") and biji baji (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", "the Platform", or "biji baji") governing your access to and use of the biji baji website, its subdomains, mobile browser interface, and all services offered therein, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino gaming, slot games, fishing games, and associated promotional offers.

By accessing the biji baji platform, creating an account, completing the biji baji Login process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or activating any bonus, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the biji baji platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the biji baji Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form integral parts of the full agreement between you and biji baji. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional communication, the Terms shall prevail.

biji baji operates this platform as an online gaming and sports betting service. Nothing in these Terms constitutes a partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, or employment arrangement between biji baji and the Account Holder. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and biji baji makes no representations or warranties — express or implied — beyond those explicitly stated herein.

biji baji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, game, payment channel, or promotional programme at any time without prior notice. Such modifications shall not invalidate any wager already accepted and confirmed by the system prior to the change. biji baji also reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; the effective date of any revision will be shown in the "Last Updated" header above.

To register and maintain an active biji baji account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or the applicable legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must not be acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person for the purpose of placing wagers on biji baji.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of biji baji, nor an immediate family member of any such individual.
• You must not have previously been self-excluded from biji baji or had an account suspended or permanently closed by biji baji for a violation of these Terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

biji baji reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, first deposit, first withdrawal, or whenever the Platform's internal risk and compliance systems flag an account for review. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence, and a recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification.

If it is found at any point that an Account Holder did not meet the eligibility criteria at the time of registration — or has since ceased to meet them — biji baji reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, void all pending wagers, and withhold any balances pending a compliance review. In the case of underage gambling, all funds will be returned to the original deposit source after verification of identity, and the account will be permanently closed.

biji baji cooperates fully with child protection initiatives and takes underage gambling extremely seriously. If you suspect that a minor is accessing the biji baji platform, please notify us immediately at [email protected].

To access the full range of biji baji services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information. The registration form requires, at a minimum:

• A valid and unique email address that you control.
• A mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh and linked to a bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account.
• A username of your choice (subject to availability and platform content guidelines).
• A secure password of at least 8 characters, including at least one numeral and one special character.
• Your date of birth, confirming you are 18 years of age or older.
• Confirmation that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions and the biji baji Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your biji baji Login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account after the biji baji Login process — regardless of whether it was conducted by you or by someone you permitted to use your credentials — is your sole responsibility. biji baji will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to secure your login details.

If you suspect that your biji baji account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify [email protected] immediately. biji baji will temporarily suspend the account pending an investigation. All transactions completed prior to notification — and confirmed as legitimate by the system — remain binding.

biji baji may, at its sole discretion, decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason. The Platform also reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to any account where circumstances warrant additional scrutiny.

biji baji supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all processed in Bangladeshi Taka:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to issuing bank approval)

The minimum deposit per transaction is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal per transaction is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction, per day, and per calendar month are displayed in the cashier section of your biji baji account after completing the biji baji Login process.

Deposits credited to your biji baji account may only be withdrawn via the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless biji baji's compliance team approves an alternative method in writing. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect Account Holders from fraudulent transfer requests.

biji baji does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside biji baji's control. Any such fees are the Account Holder's responsibility.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. If your account has not yet completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, your first withdrawal request will trigger the document submission process. Withdrawals will be processed once verification is complete. biji baji targets a 30-minute processing window for bKash and Nagad withdrawals during normal operating hours; however, the Platform reserves up to 72 hours to process withdrawal requests during high-volume periods or where additional compliance checks are required.

biji baji reserves the right to void any transaction, reverse any deposit, and withhold any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to believe the transaction is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these Terms.

biji baji offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and returning Account Holders. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload credits, and seasonal promotions are governed by the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms accompanying the individual promotion at the time of offer.

Welcome Bonus: New Account Holders who make a qualifying first deposit may receive a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The exact bonus percentage and eligible deposit amount will be specified in the welcome offer presented at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available once per person, per household, per device, and per payment method. Creating multiple accounts to claim additional welcome bonuses constitutes bonus abuse and will result in permanent account suspension.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's specific terms. As a general guide, biji baji's standard wagering requirement on matched deposit bonuses is between 20x and 40x the bonus amount. Only wagers placed on eligible games contribute toward the wagering requirement; the contribution percentage per game category is published in the Promotions section of the platform.

The following conditions apply to all biji baji bonuses unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise:

• Bonuses must be activated within the specified validity period (typically 7 to 30 days from crediting). Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the bonus validity period. Any unconverted bonus balance at expiry is automatically removed from the account.
• biji baji reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to the Account Holder meeting the activation conditions.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements, or combined with other bonuses unless explicitly stated.
• Placing opposing bets (hedging) across two or more accounts — or in conjunction with external accounts — to lock in a guaranteed profit from bonus funds is classified as bonus abuse and is strictly prohibited.
• biji baji may, at its discretion, offer bespoke loyalty rewards, seasonal promotions aligned with BPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh events, or VIP programme benefits to eligible Account Holders. These offers are non-transferable and subject to their own stated terms.

In all cases, if there is any ambiguity between a promotional communication and these Terms, the Terms take precedence. Account Holders who are uncertain about the conditions of any bonus are encouraged to contact [email protected] before activating the offer.

All sports bets placed on biji baji — including cricket match betting, BPL markets, T20 World Cup markets, IPL fixtures, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches — are subject to the following general rules:

• A bet is confirmed only when the biji baji system issues a bet confirmation reference number. Unconfirmed bets (due to system error, connectivity failure, or odds change) are void and any staked funds are returned to the Account Balance.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment the "Place Bet" instruction is confirmed by the system. Odds fluctuations occurring between the instruction and the system confirmation are governed by biji baji's in-play odds acceptance policy published in the Help Centre.
• In the event of a match abandonment, cancellation, or postponement, bets will be settled according to biji baji's event-specific void and settlement rules. For BPL T20 matches, a minimum of 5 overs per side (in a rain-affected game) must be completed for match-winner markets to stand.
• Maximum stake limits per event and per market are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary based on market liquidity, event tier, and account history.

Casino and slot games on biji baji — including live dealer tables (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti) and RNG slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, Red Tiger, and others — operate under the following rules:

• All RNG game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator software, subject to independent third-party audits. biji baji does not intervene in or influence the outcome of any RNG game.
• Live casino tables are operated by third-party certified studio providers (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi). The rules of each live table game are displayed within the game interface prior to the first bet being placed. biji baji adopts the settlement decisions of its certified live-studio providers.
• In the event of a game round being interrupted due to a technical fault — including server disconnection, game engine error, or studio feed loss — biji baji will either (a) complete the round using the last confirmed game state, or (b) void the round and return the stake to the Account Balance. The resolution approach depends on whether a final game state was recorded before the interruption.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per game are displayed within the game interface. These limits may be adjusted by biji baji without prior notice.
• biji baji reserves the right to void and reverse any game round settlement where it has reasonable grounds to believe the outcome was the result of a software malfunction, game exploit, or coordinated abuse of the game mechanics.

All winnings from sports betting and casino gaming are credited to the Account Balance immediately upon settlement confirmation and may be withdrawn subject to the identity verification and withdrawal terms set out in Section 4 of these Terms.

As a condition of using biji baji, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose — lawful online gaming and sports betting for personal entertainment — and to comply with the following obligations at all times:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date registration information. Any change to your name, address, contact number, or primary payment method must be reported to [email protected] promptly.
• Keep your biji baji Login credentials — username, password, and OTP device — secure and confidential at all times. Do not share your login details with any third party.
• Use only payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing funds from a payment account belonging to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your location before registering an account with biji baji.
• Use biji baji for personal recreational use only. Commercial use, including operating as an agent on behalf of third-party bettors, is strictly forbidden.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on biji baji and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account with the intent of claiming multiple first-deposit welcome bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to interact with the biji baji platform in a way that mimics human gameplay or artificially inflates wagering volume.
• Exploiting any identified bug, software glitch, or pricing error for financial gain. If you discover a bug or error on the platform, you are obligated to report it to [email protected] immediately without exploiting it.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of a game, match, or event on which a bet has been placed.
• Engaging in any activity that biji baji's fraud monitoring systems identify as match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider trading in relation to any sporting event offered for betting on the platform.
• Attempting to launder money or use the biji baji platform as a vehicle for any financial crime.
• Uploading, transmitting, or otherwise making available any content through biji baji's communication features (if any) that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or violates the rights of any third party.

biji baji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account Holder's account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, with zero account balance.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse as detected by biji baji's risk and compliance systems.
• Any court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement instruction requiring account closure.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, biji baji will complete the review within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome to the Account Holder at their registered email address. During the suspension period, the Account Holder will not be able to complete the biji baji Login process, place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals.

Voluntary closure: Account Holders who wish to close their biji baji account voluntarily may do so by sending a closure request to [email protected] from their registered email address. Any Real Money Balance remaining in the account at the time of closure — after all pending wagers are settled and all applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds are assessed — will be returned to the Account Holder's primary withdrawal method within 5 business days.

Self-exclusion: Account Holders who believe their gambling may be becoming problematic are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool available from the responsible gaming dashboard after biji baji Login, or to contact [email protected] to activate a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanent self-exclusion. biji baji will retain account data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations. Closure of an account does not erase transaction records that biji baji is required to retain under applicable compliance frameworks.
